We are quick! After we have received your order, we are ready to ship on next business day.
We do door to door delivery and have two options for shipping:
After shipment, we will send you tracking number and you can check the process of delivery. (Sorry, by sending EMS, tracking is not available for all countries).
Want to return? No problem, returning your order will only take few steps:
After we have received returned goods, we will send you a note and refund your money within 3 business days.
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund on the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.

Any merchandise marked SALE.
Damaged merchandise cannot be returned, you will be charged the full amount for these.
We totally get you! We're happy to extend our return period past 30 days for gifts and can issue you a credit for the price of the items purchased. Just shoot us a note at email@example.com with the Order # and let us know you'll be returning a gift. Please make sure your items are new and we can issue you a store credit upon receipt of the returned pieces.
