WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship internationally, whereever your are.

how long do you process my order?

We are quick! After we have received your order, we are ready to ship on next business day.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING and HOW LONG IT TAKES?

We have one option for shipping:

  • STANDARD DELIVERY BY POST , average 10-15 business days, check your country price at product page or at check-out. The items are sent by registered mail using the services of the Estonian Post. Post service of the customer’s country delivers the items to the specified delivery address. If nobody is at home at the moment of delivery, the post representative usually leaves a notice informing that the parcel has to be collected from the post office specified in the notice. Information about the documents required for collection of the parcel in the post office of the customer’s country is provided in the notice left.
What about TAXES?

Please note, that when sending items to outside the European Union, import or other customs payable by the customer may apply. Therefore, we insistently recommend prior to making a purchase to consult the respective authorities if any customs or other charges may apply in the destination country.

WHERE IS my package?

After shipment, we will send you a tracking number and you can check the process of delivery. (Sorry, in case of STANDARD DELIVERY, tracking is not available for all countries).

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Want to return? Within 15 days from delivery no problem at all, returning your order will only take few steps:

  • a) Please be sure to send us an e-mail about returning goods: info@wildwoman.com
  • b) Please ship the item back within 15 days after delivery (we can ask to see the shipment slip). Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged. Due to the fragile nature of the jewelry and packaging, please pack returns using all original packaging, including bubble plastic wrap.
  • We provide WILDWOMAN return address-label in your package. Please write your order number on it by hand, paste the address-label on package and ship it to us! The return cost is on You.
  • WILDWOMAN is not responsible for missing return packages. We recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.
When do I get my money returned and how much?

After we have received returned goods, we will send you a note and refund your money within 1-2 business days.

  • We do not refund shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund on the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND:

- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery

Any merchandise marked SALE.

Damaged merchandise cannot be returned, you will be charged the full amount for these.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?

We totally get you! We're happy to extend our return period past 30 days for gifts and can issue you a credit for the price of the items purchased. Just shoot us a note at info@wildwoman.com  with the Number of Order # and let us know You'll be returning a gift. Please make sure your items are new and we can issue you a gift-card upon receipt of the returned pieces.
