    We ship internationally, where ever your are.

how long do you process my order?

We are quick! After we have received your order, we are ready to ship on next business day.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING and HOW LONG IT TAKES?

We do door to door delivery and have two options for shipping:

  • FAST DELIVERY BY DHL EXPRESS - 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS, check your country price at check-out
  • REGULAR DELIVERY BY MAIL, EU – 4-10 business, outside of EU 7-17 business days, check your country price at check-out
  • HOW do i know where my package is?

    After shipment, we will send you tracking number and you can check the process of delivery. (Sorry, by sending EMS, tracking is not available for all countries).

    WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Want to return? No problem, returning your order will only take few steps:

  • a) Please be sure to send us e-mail about returning goods: info@wildwoman.com
  • b) Please ship the item back within 15 days after delivery (we can ask to see the shipment slip). Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged. Due to the fragile nature of the jewelry and packaging, please pack returns using all original packaging, including bubble plastic wrap.
  • We provided WILDWOMAN return address-label in your package. Please write your order number on it by hand, paste the address-label on package and ship it to us!
  • WILDWOMAN is not responsible for missing return packages. We recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.
  • When do i get my money returned and how much?

    After we have received returned goods, we will send you a note and refund your money within 3 business days.

  • We do not refund shipping costs.

  • EXCHANGES

    If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund on the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND:

    - Returns received more than 30 days after delivery

    Any merchandise marked SALE.

    Damaged merchandise cannot be returned, you will be charged the full amount for these.

    WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?

    We totally get you! We're happy to extend our return period past 30 days for gifts and can issue you a credit for the price of the items purchased. Just shoot us a note at info@wildwoman.com  with the Order # and let us know you'll be returning a gift. Please make sure your items are new and we can issue you a store credit upon receipt of the returned pieces.
